There is rarely a time that my conversations with those around me are not about food. Eating, travel, memories and all the little details people have so openly shared with me. Trips are always spent eating and tasting my way through a city, town or country side. Here I invite you to journey with me to the places I end up and meet some of the amazing people who also live for the taste of it.

Taste- the combination of texture, aroma, aesthetic and environment-is also a window into someone else's life or culture. Be confident in your taste, but remain curious and expose yourself to new tastes. Allow your taste to constantly evolve and grow-while keeping and cherishing the memories that taste creates.
