Thus I am constantly writing and working to develop recipes that appeal to a new market of conscious and aware consumers. My writing is literary but also focused to a specific thought, ingredient, etc. I like to showcase all sides of things, making them more appealing and enjoyable to read and execute. I might bake, read, collect cookbooks, and write all day without tiring, yet still wake up the next morning wanting to do it all again. The history, the science, the myths, and the truths…food studies never stop for me.
